If you're using the WordPress default editor "Gutenberg" to design your pages, you just don't need to worry about the shortcodes and moving from here to there to manage your galleries. We have provided you with the Gutenberg block that you can use to easily manage your galleries without leaving the editor.
Gutenberg is taking its place in WordPress and is really evolving with the new features. When you edit your page with Gutenberg and have to change something in the gallery, you might required to either close the editor and go to the gallery admin and then edit the gallery and save changes, right? Well, with Gutenberg block, you don't need to leave your editor at all!
Here's how the Gutenberg block looks like -
The block settings screen is almost similar to the Gallery edit screen with all the options available. You'll be able to get the live preview of the block in the editor itself so you can easily manage your galleries by re-ordering the images and make sure you get the correct layout on the frontend.
